Our international shipping carrier DHL will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not at home, DHL will leave a note on the door with the parcel's tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest DHL agency. It will be up to your gift recipient to contact DHL and schedule an appointment for delivery. Of course, we will keep you informed via email in real-time of the international delivery process.

IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT

If, for any reasons, the delivery courier cannot find the address he will contact your gift recipient by telephone. If we do not have a valid phone number, we will first review carefully the address and look for an obvious mistake. If we do not detect anything wrong with the address we alert you immediately via email and open an incident.
